My first Mac N Cheese XD and i think its good! at least look good!
The original recipe is from Food Network. Rachael Ray, instead using Chicken, I use Turkey. If you want your Mac and Cheese more creamy, maybe you should use 1/2 cup whole milk and 1/2 cup half & half. And i think the Cheese I use (Fontina) is little bit mind, maybe I will mix 1/2 cup white shredded cheddar to it next time, so maybe it will add more favor XD anyway I have a good meal tonite !!! HAPPY
