Crab-filled Crescent Snacks
I made both roll and this http://www.pillsbury.com/Recipes/ShowRecipe.aspx?rid=12452
Taste good XD will make it but need to find a better can crab, the one i have little bit too salty.
Recipe
1(6-oz.) can crabmeat, rinsed, well drained
1(3-oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2tablespoons sliced green onions
1/4teaspoon garlic salt
2(8-oz.) cans Pillsbury® Refrigerated Crescent Dinner Rolls
1egg yolk
1tablespoon water
1teaspoon sesame seed
1(9-oz.) jar (about 1 cup) sweet-and-sour sauce
1.Heat oven to 375°F. Spray large cookie sheet with nonstick cooking spray. In small bowl, combine crabmeat, cream cheese, onions and garlic salt; mix well.
2.Unroll both cans of dough; separate into 16 triangles. Cut each triangle in half lengthwise to make 32 triangles.
3.Place 1 teaspoon crab mixture on center of each triangle about 1 inch from short side of triangle. Fold short ends of each triangle over filling; pinch sides to seal. Roll up. Place on sprayed cookie sheet.
4.In small bowl, combine egg yolk and water; mix well. Brush egg mixture over snacks. Sprinkle with sesame seed. Discard any remaining egg mixture.
5.Bake at 375°F. for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm snacks with sweet-and-sour sauce.

Since I have lot of potato at home >.> (those 10lb bag!!!), I decide to use 1 potato to make my lunch :3 come out good and its easy!
1 medium size potato (diced)
3 strip of turkey bacon (diced)
1 cup assorted frozen vegetable
3 tbs bread crumb
3 tbs Parmesean Cheese
Italian season
Salt and pepper
Preheat the Over to 375C
In a large saute pan over medium-high heat, add the olive oil and heat.
Add the diced bacon and saute, stirring, for 1 minute.
Turn the heat down to medium and add the potato and cook, add little water if its too dry (about 15 mins).
Add seasoning, salt and pepper.
Deforst the vegetable, drain the water if there have any and add it to the pan.
Transfer it to a foil dish or baking dish and put it in the oven for 15-20min, using a fork to try the potato
Once the potato is soft and tender, take it out from the oven and top with bread crumb with Parmesen Cheese and put it to oven for 10min or until the cheese is melt and bubbling.

Banana Cream Pie
Easy Banana Cream Pie ever!
The pie crust recipe is from Food Network :3
Recipe
12 graham cracker squares (6 full sheets)
2 tablespoons butter, softened
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
In a food processor, process graham crackers until finely ground.
Add butter and 1 tablespoon of water, and process until the crumb clumps together.
Press crumb mixture into bottom of pie plate and about 1/2-inch up the sides.
Bake in the oven for 10 minutes, then let cool.
For the filling, XD I just use JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Fat Free Sugar Free Instant Reduced Calorie Pudding & Pie Filling. Just follow the instruction on the box, add milk and cook it till boil.
Arrange the sliced bananas on the graham cracker crust and pour the pudding on top. Place in the refrigerator until the pudding has set, about 3 hours.
Serve topped with the remaining 1 cup whipped topping.
I am afraid of extra calories so i didnt put whip cream XD so actually this is just a banana pie :p but overalll i used like 20min to make it :3 and it taste good!!!!!
Oh 1 more thing, I think the curst is little bit thin! I think i will add 8 more graham cracker squares (4 full sheets) and 1 more butter to make the pie crust thicker XD i will try again to make it maybe next week, will le u guys know XD

Florentine Mac and Cheese and Roast Turkey Sausage Meatballs
Turkey Sausage Meatball
Form 16 large round balls, about 2-3 inches. Coat balls in a couple of tablespoons of extra-virgin olive oil and lightly grease a baking sheet with 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil. Arrange balls on the baking sheet and roast 17 to 18 minutes until juices run clear.
When it comes to a boil, salt it and add the pasta to cook to al dente.
Defrost spinach in microwave.
In a medium sauce pot over medium heat, melt butter, whisk in flour, cook 1 minute then whisk in stock and milk, season with salt, pepper and nutmeg and thicken 5 to 6 minutes. Stir in the remaining 1 cup grated Parmigiano and reduce heat on lowest setting.
Wring spinach completely dry then separate as you add it to the sauce.
Serve Florentine Mac-n-Cheese with 2 meatballs per person along side.
