My first bread ! Ciabbataaaaaaaaaaaaa

My first bread baking XD, Ciabbata :3 haha I've a lot of fun during baking ! I really like to looking at the dough rise and rise XD (my brother said it’s like bio hazard when he saw me playing with the dough). The bread is very fluffy inside and hard outside, taste is little bit plain but texture is very good. Good with butter and cream cheeseeeee!!!!! It is not really like the ciabbata i buy at store but similar. I will definitely try to bake it again next week.

It took me long long time to make, make the poolish the night before and then woke up another day at 8am and play with the dough rise till 1pm and finally put it in oven, when the first bread come out XD its already 2pm lol. But I think it worth the time coz the taste is good and I am very happy with it. ^^

Note: I am running out of white flour (coz i messed up 1 poolish XD, so wasted 2 cups of flour ; ; ) so I substitute it with 2 cup of wheat flour, maybe thats why it didn't like the ciabatta XD

I am so addicted to baking especially bread, coz its so fun, will make another testing next weekend! come back next week and check it out ! ^^
